Home Delivery:

If you’re not fully satisfied with your new mattress after giving it a fair try, you may exchange it for another comfort level or model within our range.

To be eligible for OMF’s 30-Night Comfort Guarantee, you must purchase a waterproof mattress protector along with your new mattress.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms:

• You must sleep on your mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange.
• Mattresses that are damaged or soiled (beyond fair wear and tear) will not be accepted.
• The guarantee does not apply to floor/display models and special sizes.
• If you choose a higher-priced mattress, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refunds or credits apply for lower-priced exchanges.
• Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
• If a Comfort Exchange is approved, a standard fee of $95 will apply to cover administrative costs of this service. Additional delivery and/or collection fees may also apply.
